I’m Brianna Mitchell, the driving force behind Blue Bulldozer LLC—a company dedicated to clearing the path for real estate agents to thrive. With over 500 successful transactions under my belt throughout multiple states, I’m passionate about delivering excellence, integrity, and unmatched attention to detail. Our transaction and listing coordination services  are all about ensuring that every deal progresses seamlessly, from the first document to the final signature.

When I named my company Blue Bulldozer LLC, I wanted to reflect my ability to take on the heavy lifting (and my blue bully, Bulldozer)—organizing, streamlining, and managing even the most intricate details—so agents can focus on what they do best: growing their businesses and serving their clients.

Helping others isn’t just my job; it’s my passion. I genuinely love what I do and take pride in being the “behind-the-scenes” guiding light that transforms chaos into clarity. My work is more than a career; it’s a calling fueled by my desire to make a real impact, not just for agents but for their clients as well.

Growth is at the core of everything I do—whether it’s personal or professional. I’m relentless in pursuing my dreams, and I’m equally committed to uplifting those around me.

I’m a seasoned business owner and strategic leader with a diverse background that blends creativity, management, and real estate expertise. Raised in a real estate office, I have an innate understanding of the industry and a passion for helping others thrive in the business. I’ve worked across a variety of fields, including my time with a nonprofit organization where I educated the public about Florida native butterflies, led tours, and hand-raised them, fostering a deep connection to nature, community, and conservation.

In addition to my nonprofit work, I served as a social media coordinator and photographer for over a dozen individuals at two well-known tattoo shops in Sarasota, refining my skills in visual storytelling and online brand building. My extensive management experience and ability to blend creativity with business insight have made me a powerful force in my role as Founder & Head Transaction Coordinator at Blue Bulldozer. I’m committed to driving my company’s success while helping clients achieve seamless transactions and impactful marketing strategies.

With over 25 years of unparalleled experience in the real estate industry, Lori is a seasoned expert with a track record of success. Born in Sarasota, Florida she has conquered nearly every aspect of real estate, from managing multiple branches at Century 21 to excelling as a Realtor, Office Manager, and Trainer. Her exceptional ability to oversee high-volume listings, sales, and showings, while driving marketing initiatives, has earned her a reputation for delivering results.

Her journey continued at Michael Saunders, where she stepped up as the REO Repair Coordinator, expertly managing inspections and repairs for distressed properties and transforming them into valuable assets. At a leading real estate marketing firm, she sharpened her skills as the Inside Sales Coordinator, where she enhanced customer relations, streamlined onboarding, and optimized operations.

Certified in QuickBooks, Lori brings unmatched efficiency and precision to the financial operations of Blue Bulldozer LLC. With her strategic thinking and diverse expertise, she is an indispensable leader who ensures smooth operations, maximizes profitability (ours and yours), and drives success at every level.
