Is Florida the only state you work in?

Nope! While we are physically located in Florida, we provide professional coordination services across multiple states to effortlessly navigate each transaction and ensure compliance checks and deadline tracking. 

Do you offer vendor coordination as part of your services?

Absolutely, our transaction coordination services include scheduling and confirming appointments for home inspections, termite reports, HVAC inspections, sewer, etc. If you want it scheduled, we are happy to assist!

How does your coordination service benefit real estate professionals?

Our coordination service allows real estate professionals to focus on their core activities, family matters, building rapport with clients in the field and travel. We manage documents communication, compliance, and closing coordination for a seamless execution of deals. We stay behind the desk so you don't have to.

With our added social media coordination services, this allows you to have even more time to focus on other aspects of building your business. You get to take back control of your time for yourself, family, and loved ones.

Can clients expect reliable support throughout the entire transaction process?

Our team focuses on clear communication at every step of way. Please expect to receive a prompt response with quick follow-up. A phone call is always welcome if an immediate answer is needed.

What will this cost me? Are there hidden fees or taxes?

Our listing coordination fee is a flat $175, even if it needs a little extra TLC. No taxes, no hidden fees, no stress, no mess!

Our standard price for any file under contract is a flat fee of $350. If you are on the listing side, buying side, or both, this price does not change. There will never be any taxes or hidden fees.

*Please note that all sales are final. 

Do you charge anything for onboarding?

There is no onboarding free for listing or transaction coordination. The process is simple and should go rather quickly.

What if I have both sides of the transaction?

Congratulations! We love a dual deal. Our fixed price of $350 per file stays the same. Yes, even if you have both sides!

We had to cancel a file! Now what?

Once a transaction is cancelled, we do not provide any follow-up. You are responsible for obtaining signatures on the cancelation documents and getting earnest money back if applicable, as well as closing the transaction out in your system.

The good news - if you don't close or the deal falls through for *any* reason, you owe us NOTHING. We aren't making money unless you are. 

How do I pay you?

We send an invoice to you with instructions after we have confirmation from the title company or closing attorney that your transaction has closed and funded. 

If your brokerage issues a CDA, we can also be paid directly from the title/closing attorney. Great news, less for you to worry about!

Will this really save me time?

We save our clients an average of 12-19 hours per deal. We take away the hassle so you can focus on what matters most to you - so not only do we provide extra time throughout your day, we hope to provide peace of mind as we coordinate the moving parts for you.
