Is Florida the only state you work in?

Nope! While we are physically located in Florida, we provide professional coordination services across multiple states to effortlessly navigate each transaction and ensure compliance checks and deadline tracking. 

Do you offer vendor coordination as part of your services?

Absolutely, our transaction coordination services include scheduling and confirming appointments for home inspections, termite reports, HVAC inspections, sewer, etc. If you want it scheduled, we are happy to assist!

How does your coordination service benefit real estate professionals?

Our coordination service allows real estate professionals to focus on their core activities, family matters, building rapport with clients in the field and travel. We manage documents communication, compliance, and closing coordination for a seamless execution of deals. We stay behind the desk so you don't have to.

What will this cost me? Are there hidden fees or taxes?

Your first file with us is only $99!  We firmly believe in the "getting to know someone" period. Not every TC company is a good fit for every Real Estate Professional, so before you commit to paying full price, we offer a trial run.

Our standard price for any file under contract is a flat fee of $285. If you are on the listing side, buying side, or both, this price does not change. There will never be any taxes or hidden fees.

Why the bulldog logo?

Our brand was inspired by our white and blue American Bully, Bulldozer. We take your time and clients as seriously as he takes his job. He is always focused and never afraid to be loud or step outside of the box. He is also very good at taking direction. This is the experience we hope to carry over to you. We've been called aggressive in the best way possible and we ensure details don't slip through the cracks.

What if I have both sides of the transaction?

Congratulations! We love a dual deal. Our fixed price of $285 per file stays the same. Yes, even if you have both sides!

We had to cancel a file! Now what?

Once a transaction is cancelled, we do not provide any follow-up. You are responsible for obtaining signatures on the cancelation documents and getting earnest money back if applicable, as well as closing the transaction out in your system.

The good news - if you don't close or the deal falls through for *any* reason, you owe us NOTHING. We aren't making money unless you are. 

How do I pay you?

We send an invoice to you with instructions after we have confirmation from the title company or closing attorney that your transaction has closed and funded.

Will this really save me time?

We save our clients an average of 12-19 hours per deal. We take away the hassle so you can focus on what matters most to you - so not only do we provide extra time throughout your day, we hope to provide peace of mind as we coordinate the moving parts for you.
